About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Carry out driving services on vehicles according to customer specifications
- Drive and operate vehicles across predefined routes, terrain, and weather conditions
- Follow traffic laws, safety protocols, and company driving policies
- Monitor and evaluate ADAS function performance during real-world driving
- Provide and document user-level feedback on ADAS usability, effectiveness, and driver experience
- Maintain vigilance when ADAS features are active and intervene when necessary
- Communicate with other drivers or operators during vehicle operation
- Monitor onboard data collection systems
- Verify sensors, cameras, and recording equipment are functioning properly
- Document test runs, conditions, incidents, and observations in real time
- Upload, organize, categorize, and quality-check collected data
- Flag data anomalies or system issues for technical review
- Inspect the vehicle before and after shifts
- Manage data acquisition systems and apply tagging techniques to document objects, obstacles, and anomalies
- Follow project manager instructions and complete daily or as-needed reporting
- Maintain documentation confidentiality
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma
- 5 years of licensed driving experience
- Current Driver's License
- Clean driving record for a minimum of 7 years
- Experience working with ADAS features highly preferred
- Practical understanding of how to activate, deactivate, and operate common ADAS features
- Knowledge of typical ADAS user interfaces, controls, and warning indicators
- Knowledge of computers and data management software
- Must be physically able to support test preparation and execution in an outdoor environment
- Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work extended hours and weekends
- Meet all workplace health and safety requirements and practices
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to drive passenger vehicles up to 8 hours a day
