About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Carry out various driving services on vehicles in line with customer specifications
- Drive and operate vehicles across pre-defined routes through various terrain and weather conditions
- Follow traffic laws, safety protocols, and company driving policies
- Monitor and evaluate ADAS function performance during real-world driving conditions
- Provide and document user-level feedback on ADAS feature usability, effectiveness, and driver experience
- Maintain vigilance when ADAS features are active and intervene when necessary
- Communicate clearly with other Driver or Operator while the vehicle is in operation
- Monitor and manage onboard data collection systems
- Verify proper functioning of sensors, cameras, and recording equipment
- Document test runs, conditions, incidents, and observations in real time
- Upload, organize, and categorize collected data according to established protocols
- Perform quality checks on collected data for completeness and accuracy
- Flag data anomalies or system issues for technical review
- Inspect the vehicle before and after each shift
- Manage data acquisition systems to ensure accurate data retrieval
- Follow project manager instructions and perform daily or program-required reporting
- Maintain documentation confidentiality
- Support data acquisition and apply tagging techniques for objects, obstacles, and anomalies
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma
- 5 years of licensed driving experience
- Current Driver's License
- Clean driving record for a minimum of 7 years
- Experience working with ADAS features highly preferred
- Practical understanding of how to activate, deactivate, and operate common ADAS features
- Knowledge of typical ADAS user interfaces, controls, and warning indicators
- Knowledge of computers and data management software
- Physically able to support test preparation and execution in an outdoor environment
- Flexible schedule and ability to work extended hours and weekends
- Meet all workplace health and safety requirements and practices
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to drive passenger vehicles up to 8 hours a day
