About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver cutting-edge analytics services to stakeholders to enable fact-based decisions
  • Manage generation of insights from multiple data sources to help adidas understand consumer behavior and business performance and drive sales
  • Inform adidas digital market strategy and provide factual foundations for future consumer experiences and demand/site development
  • Contribute to development of the analytics practice, including service portfolio evolution and alignment with global frameworks
  • Manage demand for insights and analytics within the eCom market
  • Collect, track, mine, and analyze data and generate fact-based insights using multiple data sources
  • Support stakeholders in defining goals, selecting KPIs, monitoring performance, and deriving trends and opportunities
  • Provide actionable recommendations and calls for action based on insights
  • Translate insights into engaging, actionable, easy-to-digest presentations
  • Maintain a trusted stakeholder network that facilitates actionability of insights
  • Implement data-driven decision processes aligned with a fact-based decision culture
  • Co-initiate and help implement new or refined reporting structures aligned with Global Digital Analytics Frameworks and Data Governance
  • Influence best-practice guidance for other markets and adidas stakeholders
  • Build internal and external networks and inform the adidas Digital Analytics community about trends and technological advances

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business, or a related field of study
  • Two (2) years of experience in Digital Analytics
  • One (1) year of experience with management skills, including the ability to lead projects or work on several projects simultaneously
  • Experience in an eCommerce environment
  • Experience with BI, financial, and merchandising processes, tools, and KPIs
  • Experience with analytics tools and disciplines, including web, eCommerce, or mobile analytics
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with visualization tools and techniques, including Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics, and app analytics platforms
  • Experience with Smartsheet
  • Experience with market/consumer research tools, including Market360 or MRI Simmons
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 10–20% of the time for meetings
