About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the success, strategic impact, quality, and ROI of a complex digital product covering one or more product teams
- Define the product vision, roadmap, and user stories
- Ensure product delivery aligns with the roadmap and committed delivery dates
- Identify dependencies and coordinate interfaces between product teams
- Represent the business and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Capture stakeholder views and requirements in the product backlog
- Prioritize backlog items and define the definition-of-done with product teams
- Refine the backlog to ensure delivery of enhancements that drive consumer and business value
- Accept delivered backlog items in line with the definition-of-done
- Monitor, optimize, and enhance product configuration, features, and functionality
- Use objective data sources and feedback to optimize the product
- Partner with IT and internal stakeholders to manage capability expansion and define new functionalities and best practices
- Drive user engagement, satisfaction, change management, and future readiness across SCM processes and systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree with focus on Business Administration, Communication or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience in Supply Chain / IT / Account & Sales Ops
- Experience working with stakeholders and experts at various organizational levels
- SCM operational experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Stakeholder and backlog management, prioritization and expectation management
- Operational and business acumen with in-depth knowledge of Fulfillment / Supply-chain related processes
- Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies
- Advanced understanding of IT products and capabilities
- Strong analytical skills and ability to source data autonomously
- Fluent in English, verbally and in writing
- Experience with SAP S4 is a plus
- Experience as a product owner and working Agile is a plus
