About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to achieving and exceeding store sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver an excellent consumer experience in line with the adidas customer service model
- Represent adidas values and product knowledge as a brand ambassador
- Apply training learnings to daily selling behaviors
- Support replenishment, stockroom activities, and sales floor organization
- Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness standards
- Execute sales transactions accurately and follow cash handling procedures
- Comply with store safety and security procedures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
- Perform accurate and efficient sales floor and stockroom operations
- Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally 1–2 months of experience in a retail environment, with sports/fashion preferred and exposure to sales and customer service
- Passion for retail, sports, and delivering great consumer experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Flexibility to support different store operations, including sales floor and stockroom
- Good knowledge of English and Greek
