About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the implementation of adidas’s partnership strategy
- Serve as the liaison between the brand and its partners, including athletes, clubs, and federations
- Ensure a high-quality adidas service experience for partners
- Respond to partners proactively and with a personalized approach
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and processes
- Manage the order portfolio from entry through delivery
- Coordinate internal and external teams
- Ensure data accuracy and on-time deliveries
- Manage returns and complaints
- Support partner stock planning and budget tracking
- Contribute to the optimization of tools and processes
- Participate in service development projects
- Take part in ticket allocation for sporting events
- Respond to partners’ specific requests
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Initial experience in sports marketing, logistics, customer service, or a similar environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding environment
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
- Team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Proficiency in SAP and Power BI
- Comfortable communicating in French and English, both written and spoken
- Minimum English level: B2
- Curiosity, proactivity, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Passion for the sports industry
