About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead responses to significant consumer trust incidents involving fraud, abuse, scams, account compromise, and emerging threats
  • Coordinate teams across Adobe to assess impact, establish priorities, and drive resolution
  • Establish ownership, escalation paths, action tracking, decision-making, and stakeholder communications during incidents
  • Partner with Fraud Prevention, Product, Engineering, Customer Support, Legal, Security, GTM, and other teams
  • Lead post-incident reviews to identify root causes, policy and control gaps, and prevention opportunities
  • Translate incident, investigation, customer experience, and emerging threat insights into consumer trust policies and decision frameworks
  • Develop and maintain policies, playbooks, escalation criteria, and operational guidance
  • Translate policy into processes, controls, product requirements, training, and customer experiences
  • Identify systemic risks and drive consumer protection improvements
  • Develop metrics and reporting on incidents, emerging risks, policy effectiveness, and remediation progress

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tech or economics
  • 5 years+ experience
  • Experience in fraud prevention, trust & safety, risk management, incident management, policy, customer protection, security, or a related field
  • Strong judgment and effective decision-making in complex, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving situations
  • Ability to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives and drive outcomes without direct authority
  • Experience developing policies, decision frameworks, playbooks, governance models, or scalable operational processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance fraud and consumer protection with customer experience, business impact, operational feasibility, and risk
  • Strong program management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate complex or sensitive issues clearly to senior stakeholders
