About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide legal support to Adobe's Customer Experience Orchestration business, including Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker
  • Review Adobe products, services, and initiatives for legal compliance and provide practical advice
  • Advise product development, product management, product marketing, and engineering teams throughout development and marketing from concept to launch
  • Collaborate with privacy, enterprise sales legal, AI ethics, and intellectual property attorneys to analyze legal risks and support the business
  • Draft, negotiate, and support inbound and outbound technology licenses, product documentation, and partnership agreements
  • Develop and deliver guidance and training to engineering, program management, product, and sales legal groups
  • Work with management to prioritize work and clarify role expectations
  • Support and develop other team members and share relevant information across business teams and Adobe's legal department

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Necessary bar membership
  • 5+ years of relevant legal experience
  • Experience with, and curiosity about, privacy
  • Intellectual curiosity and/or knowledge about emerging regulatory developments affecting AI
  • Proficient at drafting and negotiating agreements
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to provide legal and practical advice to business management at multiple levels
  • Technical background in software products and development, SaaS, or cloud-based services
  • Ability to prioritize projects with guidance from management
  • Proven track record of forming and growing professional relationships across the business
  • Ability to exercise common sense, be a creative problem solver, and have good business instincts
  • Flexibility to work with colleagues, clients, and customers in other time zones
  • CIPP/US and/or AIGP certification a plus
  • Experience with marketing tools a plus
