About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver high-quality consulting services as a lead Product Owner for enterprise projects and lead ambassador in client relationships
- Deliver services using AEM, EDS, and ACCS platforms and best implementation practices, with expertise in Content and Web Experience
- Partner with pre-sales on SOW review and sales-to-delivery handoff
- Facilitate business value and organizational readiness workshops to define objectives, KPIs, and adoption plans
- Guide customers in shaping operating models and governance for sustaining the platform
- Keep business and technical stakeholders aligned throughout delivery and resolve adoption risks
- Analyze complex project issues, identify solution options, and facilitate client review of recommended solutions
- Mentor team members and distribute knowledge and standard methodologies
- Own readiness and outcome checkpoints and help ensure training and governance are in place before go-live
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-10 years' experience in Web and/or ECMS technologies
- 3+ years of direct client consulting experience
- Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst, and as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
- Understanding or experience using productized APIs, SaaS, SOA, Cloud Services, and Content Management Systems
- Experience with Agile Scrum, Backlog Management, and wiki systems such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience with enterprise software implementation
- Experience reviewing and elaborating business and technical requirements
- Experience developing requirements for interfaces, integrations, and production data migrations
- Experience facilitating workshops and translating business objectives into measurable KPIs and adoption or governance plans is a plus
- Understanding or experience in organizational change management or operating-model design alongside a technology implementation is a plus
- Experience leading delivery governance across business, product, technology, and client stakeholders is a plus
- Experience managing readiness, decision points, adoption, and governance activities throughout the implementation lifecycle is a plus
- Understanding or experience in user experience design and UI development is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Superb communication skills
- Ability to collaborate in a multi-functional team environment
- Development or product testing experience is a plus
- AEM Business Practitioners certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of experience
- Position may require up to 15% travel
