About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Film internal video projects of varying sizes, from individual shoots to larger productions involving external crews
- Develop and maintain the visual appearance and style of Adobe’s video content
- Ensure consistent, high-quality visual standards
- Apply social-first content understanding in framing, pacing, and composition for social platforms
- Occasionally edit quick-turn videos when fast turnaround is needed
- Manage and maintain production equipment, keeping everything organized and shoot-ready
- Partner with in-house producers, editors, art directors, and creative directors from concept through final delivery
- Work on quick-turn shoots typically in San Francisco or Adobe’s San Jose headquarters
- Travel longer distances occasionally throughout the year
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a videographer, ideally within a social, brand, or in-house studio environment
- Keen dedication to detail, with well-honed abilities in composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
- Comfort with both independent work and collaboration within larger crew structures
- Working knowledge of video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong understanding of social-first content and platform-specific framing for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
- Knowledge of video filming equipment, lighting, and audio capture standards
- Experience managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment
- Reliable, dependable presence, able to deliver consistently
- Nimbleness to adapt quickly across varying project timelines and conditions
- Ability to work in San Francisco or San Jose, with some longer travel required throughout the year
