About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate five sites totaling approximately 130k sq ft across Germany and Switzerland
Act as the primary Workplace Strategy & Site Operations contact for real estate, employee experience, projects, and site operations
Execute the Global Site Operations vision and build relationships with senior leaders and business unit teams
Address space and services issues proactively
Lead and coordinate site vendors across facilities management, food service, wellness, space and occupancy, finance, sustainability, and events
Lead EMEA mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) operations
Manage financials, budget adherence, and forecasting
Deliver site services with customer-centricity and operational excellence
Implement sustainability strategies and lead site-level initiatives
Act as owner’s representative for projects and ensure business and operational requirements are met
Establish occupancy strategies and manage space utilization
Collaborate with Employee Experience and IT to improve employee productivity and experience
Partner with Global Safety and Security on incident management, safety, emergency response, and business continuity
Represent site requirements with landlords and building management
Lead Adobe’s employee community and engagement program (Site Council)
Lead facilities management operations with a hospitality mentality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business or another relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
Certifications are a plus
10 years of work experience
At least 5 years managing and leading site facilities independently
At least 3 years managing facilities on the client side
Strong collaborative skills with customers
Strong executive presence and cross-functional team management skills
Innovation, process improvement, and organizational efficiency skills
Outstanding customer service, communication, influence, and negotiation skills
Strong financial competence in FM-related budgeting, forecasting, and controlling
Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Strong facilities management knowledge
Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) operations knowledge
Vendor management skills
Approach to integrating AI-driven solutions to improve administrative efficiency and daily site operations
