About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end Talent Coordination operations across onboarding, training, workload management, offer enablement, and interview scheduling
  • Own SLA and performance governance, identify risks, diagnose root causes, and drive resolution
  • Lead complex issue resolution and escalations
  • Drive operational health and continuous improvement through weekly performance reviews and root-cause analyses
  • Drive operational excellence across interview scheduling, offer operations, onboarding readiness, and referrals
  • Own India Talent Acquisition systems governance for Workday Recruiting, ServiceNow, Phenom CRM, and HackerRank
  • Lead process and systems training for Recruiters and Talent Coordinators
  • Drive TA technology enhancements, requirements validation, UAT, change readiness, and rollout support
  • Maintain SOPs, documentation, change requests, and audit trails
  • Develop scalable, automation-led improvements
  • Own TA procurement operations, including PR/PO management, renewals, invoice tracking, SLA governance, and ROI monitoring
  • Lead vendor governance and performance management
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Vendor Management
  • Serve as TA audit and compliance point of contact for SOX, statutory, equity, offer-governance, and data-privacy reviews
  • Partner with Talent Partners, COEs, and TA leadership on process updates, training, and audit preparation
  • Lead adoption of new operating models and workflow changes
  • Represent India TA Operations in global policy and system calibration sessions
  • Mentor Talent Coordinators and junior operations staff

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Deep expertise in Talent Acquisition operations and end-to-end hiring workflows
  • Strong working knowledge of Workday Recruiting or similar ATS platforms, including configuration, access governance, and troubleshooting
  • Proven experience owning interview scheduling, offer coordination, and onboarding processes at scale
  • Experience leading UAT, system rollouts, or process change initiatives
  • Strong audit and compliance orientation, including SOX, statutory, data privacy, and offer governance
  • Vendor and procurement management experience, including PO/PR workflows and SLA governance
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • High degree of ownership, judgment, and process discipline; ability to operate with autonomy in ambiguous or high-pressure situations
  • Ability to mentor and enable junior team members and coordinators
  • 4–8 years of experience in TA Operations, Recruiting Operations, or Workforce Coordination
  • Demonstrated ownership of governance or compliance-sensitive processes
  • Experience operating in a high-volume, multi-stakeholder hiring environment; 1,000+ annual hires preferred
  • Hands-on experience leading system implementations, UAT, or process change rollouts required
  • Experience partnering with Procurement, Legal, Finance, or Vendor Management functions preferred
