About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Become Aduna's public-facing voice within the global developer community
Help developers discover, understand, and adopt Network APIs
Engage directly with developer communities across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform ecosystems
Build Aduna's presence on GitHub, Stack Overflow, technical forums, and developer communities
Create blogs, tutorials, demos, code samples, walkthroughs, and developer documentation
Build and maintain sample applications showcasing Aduna's Network APIs
Deliver live demonstrations, technical presentations, webinars, and conference talks
Produce hands-on educational content to accelerate adoption and reduce time to first successful API call
Gather developer feedback and advocate for developer needs across Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams
Monitor and report on developer engagement metrics, sandbox adoption, content performance, and community growth
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Senior Use-Case Leads on technical accuracy and storytelling
Build and scale Aduna's Developer Advocacy function from the ground up
Shape developer engagement strategy and create a thriving technical community

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, Technical Evangelism, Solutions Engineering, or a hands-on software engineering role with public-facing responsibilities
Strong software development background with the ability to write, test, and demonstrate working code
Experience creating technical content for developer audiences
Proven ability to explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Experience working with APIs, SDKs, developer platforms, or cloud-native technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience presenting at technical meetups, conferences, webinars, or community events is highly desirable
Familiarity with CPaaS, telecommunications APIs, communications platforms, or related technologies is a plus but not required
Credibility within developer communities
Ability to combine engineering depth with business context
Comfort speaking publicly and representing an employer externally
Ability to work self-directed and build new initiatives from scratch
Passion for open communities, knowledge sharing, and technology innovation
