About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with summer on-farm scouting and spatial research in the Corn Belt for summer 2027
  • Scout research trials in varied areas and environments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Agriculture or Science degree track preferred
  • Willingness and ability to work under on-farm and in-field conditions
  • Understanding of current farming practices is beneficial
  • Ability to be task/project driven and work independently and in group settings
  • Growth mindset and desire for continuous learning
  • Willingness to relocate may be required for positions near research facilities in Huntington, IN; Champaign, IL; or Ames, IA
