About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the collection, organization, and validation of project data
- Assist with reporting and coordination activities
- Support data collection and organization for RFV reporting
- Support client data intake and coordination to ensure timely and accurate information gathering
- Communicate with clients and partners to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in delivering a high-quality client experience through organized, responsive project support
- Assist with report preparation and summaries
- Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Coordinate with internal teams to track project progress and deadlines
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3+ years of experience in data, operations, project coordination, or analytics
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage structured data
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets (PowerBI or similar tools a plus)
- Comfort working with datasets, systems, or CRM platforms
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into insights
- Interest in agriculture, agronomy, or regulated programs
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about Residual Fertility (Section 180)
