About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a team of Investigators within a defined geography
  • Develop Investigators on company equipment, surveillance best practices, policies, safety, and regulatory compliance
  • Provide communication on job expectations, case performance, and development objectives
  • Consult on surveillance strategies and audit GPS data
  • Schedule cases and Investigators to meet client and company objectives
  • Approve investigator paid and unpaid time off
  • Review and edit written timelines for client distribution
  • Approve investigator payroll and expenses
  • Oversee and participate in assigned projects from start to finish
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the company
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and services
  • Identify issues and resolve time-sensitive challenges
  • Mentor employees and support skill development
  • Conduct team talent assessments and inform recruiting priorities
  • Maintain investigator KPIs including a 65% case capture rate, 12 minutes of video per day, end-of-day action-detail completion, and 14-day case turnaround

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in management
  • Preferred experience managing investigators in the industry
  • 7+ years of surveillance experience
  • Resides in the State of Texas and have an active Texas license
  • SIU Field Experience a plus
  • Must currently have a Class C PI License
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Creative thinker
  • Build trust and lead by example
  • Demonstrated ability to lead with integrity and thrive in a fast-paced environment
