About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evaluate residents and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions focused on mobility, strength, balance, function, and independence
- Help residents work toward meaningful functional goals

- Educate residents, families, and caregivers

Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or eligible Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Commitment to quality, patient-centered care
- Skilled nursing or geriatric experience is welcomed, but not required
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
