About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the end-to-end RFP and proposal process, including requirements review, project timelines, SME coordination, stakeholder deliverables, content development, approvals, and submission.
  • Draft, edit, and format proposal content aligned with Advantmed messaging and brand standards.
  • Maintain and improve RFP content libraries, reusable responses, supporting materials, and proposal processes.
  • Develop and maintain sales and marketing materials, including pitch decks, presentations, solution overviews, one-pagers, sales proposals, digital advertising, and sales enablement assets.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, website, and other digital channels.
  • Manage website updates with the external website agency.
  • Support planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, hosted events, and other marketing events.
  • Coordinate event logistics, materials, vendors, external partners, budgets, expenses, invoices, and documentation.
  • Provide post-event reporting on attendance, meetings, engagement, and outcomes.
  • Own weekly marketing reporting and maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, campaign schedules, and event timelines.
  • Track marketing budgets, expenses, invoices, and vendor costs.
  • Report to the Director of Marketing and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Client Success, Solutions, and other internal teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, healthcare, health technology, SaaS, or a related environment.
  • Experience with RFPs, proposals, sales enablement, digital marketing, trade shows, events, or other marketing programs.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; experience with Salesforce and Pardot preferred.
  • Experience coordinating trade shows, conferences, or other marketing events and managing external vendors or agency partners preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, judgment, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-directed, resourceful, and highly organized, with strong ownership, collaboration, and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
