About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record
  • Have a car and active insurance in their name; candidates must provide registration documentation
  • Willing to drive up to 60–80 miles or more round-trip
  • Internet access at home
  • Basic PC and office equipment skills
  • Availability from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm in the respective time zone to visit required facilities
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Previous healthcare-setting experience, such as in a hospital, clinic, or medical office dealing with medical charts
  • Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR)/EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
  • Intermediate knowledge of medical chart structure, content, and medical terminology
  • Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot common issues with printers and scanners
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals
