About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain record systems for patient information and gather documents

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record
  • Own a car and have active insurance in their name; registration documentation required
  • Willingness to drive up to 60–80 miles or more round-trip
  • Internet access at home
  • Basic PC and office equipment skills
  • Availability from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm in the respective time zone to visit required facilities
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Previous healthcare-setting experience is an additional good-to-have qualification
  • Proficiency in EHR/EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech is an additional good-to-have qualification
  • Intermediate knowledge of medical chart structure, content, and medical terminology is an additional good-to-have qualification
  • Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook is an additional good-to-have qualification
  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot common printer and scanner issues is an additional good-to-have qualification
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals is an additional good-to-have qualification
