About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the technical direction and delivery of solutions within a product development team
- Shape architecture and refine work breakdown

Requirements
What you’ll need- Senior-level experience as a Full Stack Engineer / Senior Product Engineer
- Product-driven mindset with a strong focus on understanding users and solving real problems with intuitive, user-friendly tools
- Daily use of AI tools, such as coding copilots, LLM-based design assistants, and automation agents
- Ability to integrate AI reasoning and automation into workflows across coding, documentation, testing, and deployment
- Fluency in Python
- Preferably experience with the Django framework
- Experience managing large-scale production systems
- Experience building REST APIs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Nice to have: experience mentoring and coaching engineers
- Nice to have: experience with data products and related challenges
- Nice to have: skill in demonstrating AI-driven productivity to peers and driving adoption within technical teams
