Requirements
What you’ll need- IT-gerelateerde opleiding of relevante ervaring in een support- of infrastructuurrol
- Kennis van Microsoft 365
- Processen kunnen automatiseren met PowerShell en/of Power Automate
- Integratie met andere systemen via API's, waaronder REST en Microsoft Graph
- Kennis van Cloud Governance, voornamelijk in Azure-omgevingen
- Begrijpen hoe AI agents werken en AI slim inzetten voor efficiëntere processen
- Klantvriendelijk, geduldig en helder kunnen communiceren met niet-technische collega's
- Gestructureerd werken en werk documenteren
- Zelfstandig en in team efficiënt, proactief en resultaatgericht werken
