  • Support wildlife surveys, fishery surveys, and on-water programs
  • Travel locally for field work
  • Attend in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS in Biology, Soils Science, Environmental Science or related field and 2+ years or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to pass AECOM’s Motor Vehicle Records review
  • Wetland delineation experience
  • Proficiency in field-based three-parameter jurisdictional wetland delineation, including hydrophytes, hydric soils, and hydrology
  • Experience completing data evaluations
  • Technical report writing experience
  • Familiarity with wetlands regulations in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, or New Hampshire
  • US citizenship required
  • Experience with environmental permitting, USACE/MAWPA, MEPA and/or other New England environmental regulations preferred
  • MS in Biology, Soils Science, Environmental Science or related field desired
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Interest and availability to support wildlife surveys, fishery surveys, and on-water programs desirable
  • Local field travel required
  • Relocation is not available
