About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer master data records (materials, services, and vendors) in SAP, with a primary focus on materials.
Perform bulk data entry in response to urgent requests.
Serve as a Key User in departmental and corporate projects, conducting tests and validations and documenting evidence.
Support internal and external customers by identifying gaps and directing solutions to the responsible departments.
Support the team with operational routines and day-to-day requests.
Prepare reports, flowcharts, and internal communications.
Create, update, and maintain KPI dashboards in Power BI.
Liaise with Engineering, Procurement, Operations, Finance, Tax, and IT to analyze and address technical and business requirements.
Contribute to the structuring, quality, and governance of master data.
Support the creation and implementation of departmental policies, standards, and procedures.
Deliver and administer internal training on processes and systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience with master data administration and governance, preferably in structured corporate environments and/or Shared Services Centers (SSCs).
Experience using SAP and ServiceNow for master data creation and maintenance.
Experience with 4MDG is desirable.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Power BI.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications and prepare information for the MDP (Material Description Standard).
A technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Automation, or a related field is desirable.
Availability to work in the Indaiatuba, São Paulo office two days per week.
Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
