Key responsibilities & impact

Manage all aspects of the store
Build a team of top performers and create an exceptional customer experience
Hire and train associates to represent the brand
Oversee store operations to achieve sales and profitability goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years as a Store Manager in a similar-volume apparel business (preferred)
Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
May require occasional travel to other store locations and attendance at district meetings
Inspirational leadership and team guidance
Ability to build a talent pipeline
Competitive spirit and desire to win
Team-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency
Adaptability and willingness to take on more responsibilities
Self-motivated with interest in personal growth and development
