About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage all aspects of the store to achieve company sales and profitability goals
Build, hire, train, develop, and retain a high-performing team
Create an outstanding customer experience and build brand loyalty
Use statistical information and market knowledge to create action plans
Demonstrate product knowledge, selling, and operational skills to maximize sales
Motivate teams, provide feedback, set expectations, and hold the team accountable
Ensure merchandising and operational standards are consistently met
Oversee controllable expenses, including payroll and training
Assist with floor sets, window changes, and visual merchandising
Perform POS transactions and management functions in the absence of the Assistant Manager
Schedule employees to maximize productivity
Report to the District Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years as a Store Manager in a similar-volume apparel business (preferred)
Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
May require occasional travel to other store locations and attendance at district meetings
