About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own projects and workstreams from problem definition through implementation
Investigate processes, systems, and data to identify root causes
Develop practical solutions and work directly with teams to implement them
Collaborate across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Programs, Growth, and other teams
Improve processes and systems that create delays, manual work, or poor handoffs
Move quickly, align stakeholders, and remain engaged until solutions are implemented
Help AV, an autonomous systems and defense technology company, increase speed of execution during a period of significant growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience solving business or operational problems in fast-paced environments such as management consulting, startups, or private equity portfolio operations
Experience carrying a problem from analysis through implementation
High agency and high grit; takes ownership, learns quickly, and pushes through obstacles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work effectively with limited direction and manage multiple priorities at once
U.S. person under ITAR/EAR requirements, or a person eligible for approval of an export license
Some positions require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements
No security clearance required
Principals only; no agencies
Quantitative or STEM background (preferred)
