About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure DBT infrastructure systems supporting business operations function efficiently
- Support and develop specific platforms
- Unify communications, messaging, and identity for a seamless user experience
- Provide assistance to the Service Desk team as an escalation point supporting the ITIL model
- Provide high-quality, responsive, and consistent resolutions to IT incidents
- Administer servers
- Deploy Windows and Linux systems
- Manage infrastructure incident support queues on a day-to-day operational basis
- Administer on-premises infrastructure including Active Directory, DNS, VMware, firewalls, and routing
- Manage identity and user management solutions provided by Azure or third parties
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Desired certifications: VMware, Azure
- 7–10 years of experience with Windows and Linux-based operating system configuration, automation, and management
- 5–7 years of experience with automation scripting including PowerShell and other configuration-as-code tools
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Systems Administration/Engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- ITIL V4+ Foundation knowledge and operations
- Large enterprise-level experience in storage technologies supporting multiple operating systems and environments
- Proficiency with systems performance tuning, capacity management, and replication
- U.S. person status under ITAR/EAR or eligibility for an export license; some positions require current U.S. citizenship
- Ability to work in an office environment
