About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support functional execution in Oracle Fusion workstreams including Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Quote to Cash, and Project to Close
Document business processes, system workflows, and functional specifications
Configure finance system elements including chart of accounts, calendars, ledgers, business units, payment terms, tax rules, and approval hierarchies
Partner with IT Infrastructure on integration testing for Salesforce CRM, Workday HRIS, and third-party applications
Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with Oracle support
Support Oracle EPM Cloud and Apex application rollouts, testing, training, and troubleshooting
Coordinate integrations between Oracle Fusion, EPM, and Apex applications
Support finance transformation projects, reporting requirements, and capitalization documentation
Develop test scripts and support unit, integration, regression, and UAT testing
Coordinate testers, sandbox setup, test data preparation, issue tracking, defect resolution, and UAT sign-offs
Design and maintain role-based training curricula and materials
Deliver virtual and in-person training, train-the-trainer sessions, and post-training office hours
Provide production support, daily troubleshooting, user support, system maintenance, and go-live hypercare
Monitor usage, adoption metrics, and support tickets to identify training gaps
Maintain stakeholder relationships and provide Oracle Fusion guidance
Document end-to-end finance processes, knowledge bases, configuration decisions, and troubleshooting guides
Identify process improvement, automation, and Oracle Fusion feature adoption opportunities
Use LLMs to create test scripts, training materials, documentation, process guides, and analyze defects
Validate AI agent outputs and support deployment of AI-enhanced workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
3-5 years of experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, or business process analysis
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial Management or comparable ERP systems
Experience coordinating UAT, developing test scripts, and managing ERP implementation defect resolution
Experience designing and delivering end-user training for finance systems or business applications
Understanding of Procure to Pay, Quote to Cash, Record to Report, and Project to Close
Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion functional configuration
Proficiency with OTBI, BIP, Smart View, and FBDI
Experience with testing methodologies and defect management
Strong Excel skills; familiarity with SQL is a plus
Working knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud or comparable budgeting/planning platforms
Experience supporting Oracle Apex or low-code application rollouts and testing
Understanding of capex vs. opex accounting and finance project capitalization requirements
Strong written communication, presentation, facilitation, coaching, and active listening skills
Working knowledge of LLMs including GPT, Claude, and Gemini
Basic understanding of AI agent concepts
Ability to work in an office environment
Must qualify as a U.S. person under ITAR/EAR or be approved for an export license; some positions require current U.S. Citizenship
