Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans
Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
Support members with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and sometimes substance use disorders
Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record system
Coordinate care as needed and contribute to a supportive, multidisciplinary environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active and verifiable Illinois license: LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT; also licensed in the state of residence if it is not Illinois
Credentials must be verified through the State Board’s website
Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
Strong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach
Comfort with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity
Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet
