About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develop evidence-based treatment plans
Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
Support members with mental health needs including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges
Work flexibly with members with substance use disorders at times
Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record system

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently licensed in Iowa as an LISW, LMFT, or LMHC
Active and verifiable Iowa license, as well as an active license in the state of residence if it is not Iowa
Credentials must be verified through the State Board’s website
Experience providing psychotherapy in outpatient, private practice, or telehealth settings
Strong communication and clinical skills with a person-centered, trauma-informed approach
Comfort with EMRs, Google Suite or Microsoft Office, and telehealth tools
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and integrity
Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet
