About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations
- Provide care for substance use and mental health conditions
- Prescribe medications as appropriate and respond to member questions
- Complete timely documentation in the Healthie EHR
- Collaborate with the care team
- Participate in scheduled team meetings
- Deliver evidence-based treatment in a fully virtual environment
- Make clinical decisions in collaboration with members and the care team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Oregon (Medicaid enrollment a plus)
- Must live in Oregon full time
- Must be available to potentially work from the Portland office as needed
- Minimum of 2 years of experience (addiction or mental health preferred; strong candidates with less experience considered)
- Experience prescribing Suboxone
- Active DEA registration
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses
- Strong empathy for individuals facing behavioral health challenges
- Comfort using technology, including EHRs and mobile applications
- Private, quiet workspace and reliable internet connection
- Availability to potentially attend occasional internal meetings or work from the Portland office as needed
