Key responsibilities & impact

Lead member care alongside counselors, therapists, peer support specialists, and case managers
Provide evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use disorders and mental health disorders
Conduct initial and follow-up telehealth evaluations
Deliver care for substance use and mental health conditions
Prescribe medications as appropriate and answer member questions
Complete documentation in the Healthie EHR
Collaborate with the care team
Attend occasional scheduled team meetings
Make medication decisions in collaboration with members at the provider’s discretion
Provide telehealth visits from a quiet, private office using a reliable internet connection

What you’ll need

Must hold an active, unrestricted license in Arizona
Active and verifiable PMHNP license in the state(s) where you practice, and in your state of residence if it is not Arizona
At least 2 years of experience, ideally in addiction or mental health treatment; relevant previous experience may be considered for those with less than 2 years as a PMHNP
Experience prescribing Suboxone
Active DEA registration
Willingness to obtain multi-state licensure
Quiet, private office with a reliable internet connection for HIPAA-compliant telehealth visits
Comfort using technology, including EHRs and mobile apps
Medicaid enrollment is a plus
