About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Optimize business, risk, or growth strategies across products and geographies using advanced data analytics
Monitor portfolio performance and macroeconomic trends, adjusting strategies to mitigate risk and balance growth
Partner with Engineering and Machine Learning teams to design, build, and interpret performance metrics for scalable risk, fraud, or growth models
Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to translate regulatory and market requirements into analytical policy and product recommendations
Oversee analytical frameworks and support product launches and market entries aligned with risk appetite, operational capabilities, and local regulations
Engage external stakeholders including merchants, vendors, and partners
Build repeatable AI-assisted analytical workflows
Mentor junior analysts
Own complex analytical problems end to end and translate data into business strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–5 years of experience in an analytically driven role within the consumer lending, credit, or fintech industry
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting languages
Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field
Deep expertise in data mining, data visualization, and statistical modeling
Experience applying machine learning techniques to business or risk management problems
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Legal, Compliance, and Engineering
Strong understanding of consumer lending regulations, regional market dynamics, and broader economic trends
Ability to translate complex regulatory and economic insights into actionable strategies
Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders across technical and non-technical functions
