Collaborate with teammates, product management, design, and analytics on product decisions and trade-offs
Create and monitor metrics, escalate issues, and support operational availability and on-call efforts

Build tools and systems that streamline batch development and testing and improve reliability of critical batch workloads

Requirements

What you’ll need

1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer
Experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems
Proficiency in Python or Kotlin
Familiarity with distributed systems, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes
Ability to design solutions involving multiple software components
Ability to write clear, well-tested, and extensible code
Experience navigating large codebases and debugging others' code
Experience providing feedback through code reviews
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
