About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end projects, from analysis through implementation
- Structure timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and priorities
- Monitor the progress of initiatives, identifying deviations, impediments, and decision-making needs
- Gather business needs and propose solutions considering processes, systems, and business rules
- Translate needs into requirements, specifications, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Prepare executive materials for monitoring and decision-making
- Act as a liaison among the business, Technology, vendors, and partners
- Oversee solution testing, user acceptance testing, and implementation
- Support portfolio governance by monitoring metrics, risks, outstanding items, and next steps
- Support regulatory and strategic initiatives, as well as product and process improvement initiatives
- Promote alignment, collaboration, and problem resolution among the areas involved
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience managing and leading projects, processes, or business initiatives
- Knowledge of requirements gathering and documentation, process mapping, and business rules
- Experience working at the interface between business areas and Technology, including overseeing solution development, testing, and implementation
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tracking tools, and performance metrics
- Ability to analyze scenarios, identify risks, and propose solutions
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different areas
- Ability to prepare presentations and executive materials for monitoring and decision-making
