Key responsibilities & impact

Lead engagement with senior business stakeholders to define data governance priorities and translate needs into actionable data initiatives
Plan, coordinate, and execute data governance initiatives aligned with business priorities, timelines, and governance objectives
Analyze complex enterprise datasets to identify trends, anomalies, root causes, risks, and opportunities
Develop executive dashboards, visualizations, and data stories communicating insights, governance performance, trends, and recommendations
Leverage AI-assisted analysis and productivity tools for data discovery, documentation, reporting, and insight generation
Develop, document, and maintain data governance frameworks, including data quality standards, data lineage, metadata management, and data stewardship models
Partner with data owners and stewards to ensure accountability for data quality, integrity, and compliance
Conduct process assessments and root cause analyses and recommend scalable process and system improvements
Support regulatory and compliance initiatives by ensuring adherence to data policies, standards, and controls
Collaborate with technology, information security, risk, compliance, and business teams to operationalize governance tools and processes
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to data governance best practices
Transform complex enterprise data into trusted insights driving business decisions, operational performance, and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline
3–5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or data governance roles, preferably in a supply chain or manufacturing environment
Advanced understanding of data structures, relational databases, data modeling principles, and analytical techniques
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
Familiarity with Oracle EBS or other ERP, MRP, Supply Chain Planning, and Scheduling systems
Familiarity with data governance frameworks such as DGI and DAMA-DMBOK
Experience analyzing large, complex datasets using statistical, exploratory, and diagnostic analysis techniques
Experience translating complex data analysis into actionable insights and delivering clear presentations
Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Coworker, Claude, or Power BI Copilot
Ability to validate AI-generated outputs using critical thinking, business knowledge, and data analysis
Experience with data governance tools such as Collibra and Alation
Ability to manage and coordinate data governance initiatives
Ability to work autonomously, exercise sound judgment, and manage competing priorities
Familiarity with S&OP and/or IBP processes is a plus
Some travel may be required, but not frequent (less than 15%)
