About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver high-quality, tested, secure customer-centric solutions using the Pega platform
Integrate web, API, database, UI and other technical components to develop full-stack Pega solutions
Participate in daily stand-ups and contribute to an Agile development team
Use tools and technologies based on product and customer needs
Continuously develop technical skills through self-learning and exposure to new projects
Collaborate with team members to design solutions that maximise value to policyholders
Solve complex problems alongside fellow team members
Implement automation through CI/CD delivery processes using DevOps techniques

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of IT experience with n-tier, database, networking or client server design/development
Software development or scripting experience in any technology/language
Knowledge and experience of DevOps as part of Agile software development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid fundamentals in Object Oriented concepts
Bachelor’s or Masters degree, preferably in a Software Development, Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM subject
Comparable commercial experience may also be considered
3+ years as a developer or engineer in any technology/language (desirable)
Experience with Pega Rules Process Commander (desirable)
Experience with other low-code platforms such as Decisions or Appian (desirable)
Experience delivering Agile solutions for customers/clients located in different time zones (desirable)
