About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, laboratories, and industry experts
  • Develop and market services and monitor financial results
  • Contribute to promotional and communication activities
  • Conduct sector-specific standards and regulatory monitoring
  • Lead technical committee meetings and working groups
  • Analyze technical files and scientific data
  • Carry out and/or oversee the technical admissibility review of quality files
  • Manage subcontractors and partners, particularly auditors and laboratories
  • Update and develop certification rules
  • Analyze and resolve discrepancies identified in audit reports
  • Make certification decisions
  • Monitor and ensure the proper execution of the certification process in collaboration with an Account Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced degree (Master’s level or equivalent)
  • Technical knowledge of microbiology applied to the food and water sectors, biology, life sciences, or a related scientific field
  • Ideally, experience in quality management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead meetings and facilitate discussions
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and decisive approach
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and rigor
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Fluency in English
