About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the development of standards and reference documents
- Support experts in drafting and editorial work
- Contribute to strengthening French influence internationally
- Organize and facilitate standards committee meetings
- Prepare agendas, facilitate meetings with the committee Chair, and draft minutes
- Define positions to be advocated at the European and international levels
- Provide subject-matter expertise and methodological support
- Ensure compliance with standardization rules
- Retain and grow the client portfolio
- Establish a feedback process to identify needs and additional services
- Manage and facilitate international and European meetings of working groups and committees
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced degree (Master’s level) in engineering or a business school qualification
- Strong writing skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
- Ability to facilitate working groups impartially
- Understanding of the interests and challenges of different stakeholders, with the ability to foster dialogue and build consensus
- Adaptability, organization, and rigor
- Diplomacy, foresight, and planning skills
- Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English required
- TOEIC score of 800
- Willingness to travel internationally
