Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer and maintain workforce scheduling and time management systems, particularly ORTEC and LOGA Time Management

  • Set up working-time and shift-scheduling models in compliance with collective bargaining and statutory requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial or healthcare-related vocational training
  • Ideally, additional qualification such as Certified HR Specialist (IHK), Health Care Management Specialist, or equivalent
  • Enthusiasm for HR systems, digital processes, and workforce scheduling software
  • Initial practical experience in HR, workforce scheduling, or working-time management is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of collective agreements, employment contract guidelines, or working-time regulations is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly complex spreadsheets, data analysis, and PivotTables
  • Structured and service-oriented approach to work
  • Enjoy working with a range of internal and external contacts
