Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and manage a high-volume portfolio of implementations, upgrades, and maintenance projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget
Proactively identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation plans
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Advise stakeholders on grant management strategies and product capabilities
Work directly with customers to define and document business requirements
Align customer goals with product functionality and manage expectations regarding product capabilities and enhancements
Participate in requirements gathering and business process modeling
Guide technical teams in system configuration, customizations, and enhancements
Assist in designing end-user interfaces for client programs
Lead quality assurance and oversee quality control processes
Develop and oversee functional and user acceptance testing
Track operational metrics, including capacity modeling and implementation efficiency
Maintain project documentation and provide progress reports to internal and external stakeholders
Direct multiple implementation projects, track operational metrics, and manage internal work requests
Liaise among clients, subject matter experts, product development, sales, and customer support teams
Ensure successful project delivery, customer satisfaction, and achievement of company goals

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field (preferred)
1–3 years of project management experience, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment
1+ years of experience with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Visio, LucidChart, or Figma
Proven ability to manage small- to medium-scale projects and deliver under tight deadlines
Experience in client-facing roles, managing stakeholder expectations effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Project Management Certification (CAPM) preferred
Some customer assignments may require additional eligibility, vetting, or access approvals based on contract, security, or regulatory requirements
