About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review Responsible AI Impact Assessments and provide actionable feedback based on HR Divisional Lead guidance and internal standards
  • Evaluate AI-enabled systems, agents, and third-party technology implementations and make initial approval or rejection recommendations
  • Analyze system deliverables including post-launch support plans, monitoring documents, and scope outlines
  • Ensure alignment with Responsible AI policies and practices such as fairness monitoring, human-in-the-loop safeguards, and abuse prevention
  • Track engagement status and updates in the HR RAI Program Case Management Tool
  • Respond to stakeholder inquiries across HR, Responsible AI, Privacy, Legal, and Data Governance teams
  • Navigate ambiguous compliance scenarios and recommend risk-aware, scalable solutions
  • Collaborate with the HR RAI team, Office of Responsible AI, and other compliance functions across the AI governance lifecycle
  • Apply project management best practices, manage risks, and address blockers
  • Develop subject matter expertise in evolving AI compliance requirements
  • Educate technical and non-technical stakeholders about Responsible AI standards
  • Identify new Responsible AI risk areas and flag potential issues to the HR Division Lead

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance, privacy, security, or AI risk governance
  • Experience reviewing AI assessments, applications, or technology deployments for compliance
  • Ability to interpret compliance requirements and clarify ambiguous or emerging AI guidance
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical, risk-based problem-solving approach
  • Ability to evaluate AI capabilities and potential misuses or unsupported uses
  • Ability to independently ramp up on AI concepts, documentation, and technical or regulatory guidelines
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and collaborative working style
  • Experience with global technology companies in a similar compliance, privacy, or AI governance function is a plus
  • Familiarity with Responsible AI frameworks such as the EU AI Act and U.S. NIST AI RMF, data protection practices such as GDPR and CCPA, or AI-related regulatory expectations is a plus
  • Exposure to HR systems or processes related to AI governance, data ethics, or employee trust is a plus
  • Must be based in the United States
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
  • Must be comfortable working PST hours
