About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide professional guidance and support to employees and care support workers as part of services supporting everyday life in accordance with Section 45a of the German Social Code, Book XI (SGB XI)
Provide nursing-related instruction and advice on professional questions and care situations
Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and professional conferences
Support training and continuing education initiatives
Provide professional input to further develop service quality
Maintain clear and traceable documentation of services provided
Work flexibly in person, by telephone, and digitally

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed training as a registered nurse or an equivalent qualification listed under the applicable regulations
Professional experience in nursing or healthcare
Confident in providing instruction, advice, and professional consultation
Strong commitment to quality, with an eye for professional standards and quality assurance
Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a structured approach to work
Very good written and spoken German (at least C1 level)
In-person assignments on site are required; this role is not intended to be exclusively digital
