About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle incidents and service requests logged in ServiceNow, ensuring compliance with SLA deadlines
Troubleshoot errors by identifying and analyzing logs in Databricks
Troubleshoot SQL queries, investigating performance issues, syntax errors, and unexpected results
Troubleshoot data loads and pipelines in Azure Data Factory
Monitor CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
Validate data integrity and quality in Databricks Unity Catalog tables
Run and monitor on-demand Databricks jobs, ensuring successful completion
Provide production support for a large-scale data environment, contributing to service availability and quality

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, completed or in progress
Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge, including query reading, writing, and debugging
Understanding of programming logic; Python is a plus
Familiarity with data pipeline and ETL/ELT concepts
Knowledge of ITSM processes
Experience with or familiarity with ServiceNow, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Azure DevOps is a plus
