Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure regulatory compliance, technical quality, and the proper application of professional standards within the assigned scope
Manage a portfolio of 30 to 40 client files and take direct responsibility for their preparation, follow-up, and relationships with member-clients
Analyze accounts and financial documents
Prepare tax and social security returns
Assume technical responsibility for the work completed across the portfolio
Support member-clients with their financial, tax, and accounting matters
Supervise and technically sign off on work completed within the assigned scope
Review the regulatory compliance of client files and ensure the reliability of the accounts
Provide day-to-day expertise and guidance to team members
Advise business leaders on financial, tax, and accounting matters
Identify opportunities for tax optimization and cost control
Ensure high-quality relationships, client satisfaction, and the retention of member-clients
Conduct regulatory and technical research and share relevant regulatory developments internally
Contribute to the professional development of team members
Actively participate in Agileva’s Quality Committee and contribute to the continuous improvement of professional practices

What you’ll need

Holder of the French Chartered Accountancy Diploma (DEC)
Registered, or eligible for registration, with the French Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ordre des experts-comptables)
Significant professional experience in accounting production and supporting member-clients, ideally gained in an accounting firm
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, professional standards, and regulations
Proficiency in file review and supervision procedures
Self-motivated, autonomous, and detail-oriented
Ability to manage priorities
Ability to combine responsibility for producing work for one’s own portfolio with the supervision and sign-off of client files
