Key responsibilities & impact

Work with municipal clients to understand their business processes and requirements
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency
Support solution configuration and implementation activities
Assist with data migration, testing, training, and go-live preparation
Document business requirements, processes, and solutions
Collaborate with implementation, product, and technical teams
Build positive relationships with municipal clients and support their success
Develop consulting, software implementation, and problem-solving skills
Gradually take ownership of functional areas, implementation activities, and customer support responsibilities

What you’ll need

Strong understanding of municipal operations
Customer-focused mindset
Interest in developing a career in consulting
Experience in municipal finance, property taxation, assessment, utility billing, or revenue collection is an asset
Experience in municipal administration, customer service, cash receipting, or land and property management is an asset
Experience with municipal software, ERP systems, business processes, or data management is an asset
Experience in business analysis, process improvement, training, or project support is an asset
Salesforce experience is an asset, not a requirement
Comfortable working with clients, asking questions, learning new concepts, and translating business needs into practical solutions
Willingness to travel up to 30 percent
