About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain existing product records, including corrections, updates, and standardization
- Provide support for product data entry and registration
- Collaborate with other company departments to ensure the proper integration of master data
- Participate in implementing improvements to data registration processes and data organization
- Monitor the quality of product records and recommend corrective actions when necessary
- Analyze duplicate records to prevent unnecessary duplication
- Create new manufacturers and manage all activities related to the product material family process
- Create product lines and maintain and update product lines and their approvers
- Review item activation
- Maintain the item curve report as a backup
- Conduct onboarding for new employees as a backup
