About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead engineering, quality and field services teams
- Oversee engineering governance, technical compliance and quality standards
- Manage contractor performance and strategic supplier relationships
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and service delivery
- Champion safety, operational excellence and customer outcomes
- Partner with stakeholders across project delivery, sales and operations
- Support delivery of AGL's C&I solar, battery, and distributed energy solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Engineering or related field qualifications with SAA Design Accreditation
- Strong experience in solar, battery and distributed energy solutions
- Proven leadership experience in engineering or field service environments
- Expertise in contractor management, compliance and quality assurance
- Strong stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen
- CPEng and/or RPEQ accreditation will be highly regarded
- Successful completion of a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
- Medical assessment if necessary
