About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI
Build frontend experiences using React across the full stack
Work directly with enterprise customers to understand use cases
Co-build custom AI agents and workflows
Own product and infrastructure areas end-to-end, from problem identification to shipping
Make architectural decisions
Collaborate closely with co-founders
Influence the product roadmap and company strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–7 years of experience in full-stack software engineering
Experience at an early-stage, VC-backed startup (Seed to Series B)
Proficiency in Python and backend development with FastAPI
Experience with React or an equivalent modern frontend framework
Demonstrated promotion history in at least one previous role
Strong communication skills for interfacing directly with enterprise customers and translating requirements into features
California-based strongly preferred; SF Bay Area ideal
